With over 20 years of experience managing senior living communities, Nicholas Lay is dedicated to creating compassionate, high-quality environments where residents can thrive. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and has extensive experience overseeing operations, team development, and resident care in assisted living and healthcare settings throughout Southern Utah. Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys spending time outdoors and values family life with his wife and four children.
