Our Rates
Our philosophy of care is rooted in building positive, supportive relationships. We emphasize an approach that fosters overall well-being for everyone and encourages participation in meaningful activities. At the heart of our practice is person-centered care, which recognizes the unique value of each individual and is guided by their specific needs and preferences.
- Our memory care apartments are leased month-to-month, giving residents and families flexibility and peace of mind.
- Our RN will perform an assessment to help determine the level of care that best meets each resident’s needs.
- A one-time community fee of $2,500 is required to cover initial setup expenses and the resident assessment. The fee must be paid prior to the scheduled move-in date.
Monthly Rent Rates:
- Private Rate: $5,800
- Semi-Private Rate: $5,000
Monthly Rent Includes:
- Registered Nurse
- 24-hour onsite dementia trained caregivers
- Person-centered care
- Medication monitoring (up to six medications)
- Three home-cooked meals per day
- Housekeeping Services/Laundry Services
