Memory Care Monthly Rates

Our philosophy of care is rooted in building positive, supportive relationships. We emphasize an approach that fosters overall well-being for everyone and encourages participation in meaningful activities. At the heart of our practice is person-centered care, which recognizes the unique value of each individual and is guided by their specific needs and preferences.

• Our memory care apartments are leased month-to-month, giving residents and families flexibility and peace of mind.
• Our RN will perform an assessment to help determine the level of care that best meets each resident’s needs.
• A one-time community fee of $2,500 is required to cover initial setup expenses and the resident assessment. The fee must be paid prior to the scheduled move-in date.
