I am the Assistant Executive Director at Sterling Court Assisted Living and have dedicated my career to serving older adults and their families. Beginning my journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I gained firsthand experience caring for residents and understanding the unique needs of seniors. Over the years, I have held leadership roles in memory care, outreach marketing, and operations, giving myself a well-rounded perspective on every aspect of senior living.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Utah Tech University and am currently pursuing my MBA with an emphasis in healthcare leadership. My passion for senior living stems from a desire to help families navigate important life transitions while ensuring residents receive compassionate care, meaningful engagement, and a true sense of community.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, staying active by going to the gym and playing tennis or basketball, and daydreaming of having my toes in the sand on a beach in Hawaii.
