Andy Palmer
Executive Director

Andy Palmer has more than 8 years’ experience in the healthcare industry including acute care, home healthcare, administration, sales and marketing. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. He is dedicated to continue the outstanding legacy of quality care and concern for the residents, staff, families and visitors of Sterling Court. His warm smile, charismatic personality and leadership qualities assist Sterling Court in being the premiere retirement living community in southern Utah.

Kori Leverington
Business Office Manager

Kori Leverington is new to the Sterling Court team, but has held positions in the medical administration field for over 8 years with a degree in health science and various medical certificates. Kori loves to travel to the Caribbean with her family, and spend every possible weekend with her husband, daughter and 2 boxers living life on the lake.

Chris Lee
Admissions, Marketing Director

Chris has worked in the medical field for over 14 years earning several certificates and working for top specialists in St. George and Seattle. She began as the weekend receptionist and shortly moved to the Resident Care Coordinator in which she assisted our Director of Nursing in delivering care to our residents. As the Marketing Director she has the pleasure of meeting prospective residents and families and assisting them in their new beginnings. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, and singing in a 7 man Jazz band.

Debra Montgomery
Activities Director

She has been the Activities Director for nine years. She has worked in the field of gerontology for the past 20 years, with a degree in health education and certified gerontology. She creates programs to meet the needs of the mind, body and spirit of our residents and their families, focusing on events in house and in the community. She believes with her experience and enthusiasm that she can assist our residents to maintain a sense of independence and experience increased health and wellness. The joy of her life is having the privilege to share in the lives of our residents.

Stacie Olson
Director of Nursing

As the registered nurse at Sterling Court, Stacie oversees all healthcare aspects of our residents. She is responsible for coordinating resident care plans, overseeing medication management, and working closely with our resident’s physicians. Stacie is a supervisor to all CNAs and Medication Technicians that work closely with our residents daily. Stacie has worked at Sterling Court for about 2 years now and LOVES her job! When not at Sterling Court she enjoys spending time with her newlywed husband, exercising, and camping.

Kortney Ahlstom
Dietary Supervisor

Kortney developed a passion for food and service at an early age while working at his family-owned restaurant in Tropic, UT. In 2004, he began his employment at Sterling Court as Dietary Manager. During his nearly 9 years at Sterling Court, he helped establish and raise the bar for fine dining. In 2013 Kortney moved to North Dakota to work as a floor hand for Unit drilling. He then accepted an Executive Chef position at a fine dining restaurant back in his home town of Tropic. After a year of working as the Executive Chef, he decided to move back to St. George to be closer to family and returned to Sterling Court as the Executive Chef in 2016. Kortney and his wife have 4 children. He enjoys motocross and riding with his family on the weekends.

Stephanie Gentry
Housekeeping Supervisor

Stephanie has been with Sterling Court since 2009. She began her employment in the Dietary Department and later transitioned to Housekeeping. As Housekeeping Supervisor she ensures that the community is clean, orderly and presentable for residents, families, and guests. In her spare time, she enjoys camping and spending time with her husband and dogs.

Brent Nichols
Maintenance Supervisor

Brent has been a part of the Sterling Court family since 2007. He is responsible for the structural and operational integrity of the community in accordance with federal, state and local standards and guidelines. He is beloved by residents and staff and works closely with all departments to ensure the community is safe and functional.
